Why does ProQuest not show in Search Start?

Answer

Hekman Library's Search Start showing "Too many redirects" error in ProQuest tab.

If you are using ProQuest in the Library's Search Start, and no results will show up, then you need to allow third-party cookies on your browser.

  1. Click the eyeball in your browser address bar Chrome browser eyeball icon
  2. Allow Third-Party Cookies
     pop up to allow third-party cookies, with that option being selected

 

You can also change this setting permanently for all sites:

  1. Go to 3 dots in top, right of Chrome 3 dots (to see Chrome's settings menu)
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Type third-party cookies
