Print from a Calvin Computer

  1. Print your project
  2. Select 1 of the following:
    1. `PaperCut-MFD on papercut.calvin.edu` (MFD Printer)
    2. `PaperCut-LSR on papercut.calvin.edu` (Laser Printer)
  3. Go to a MFD or Laser (LSR) printer to retrieve your printout (instructions below)

Print from a Personal Computer

  1. Connect to Calvin’s Internet Network (on campus or VPN)
  2. Login to www.calvin.edu/go/webprint with your Calvin credentials
  3. Click “Submit a Job”
  4. Choose your printer (e.g. `PaperCut-LSRqueue-B&W-2sided (virtual)` prints to any Laser printer as 2-sided black & white)
  5. Click "Print Options and Account Selection" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Select the number of copies and the cost center
  7. Click "Upload Documents" and drag the files to the browser window
    • Or click `Upload from computer` and browse to the file location
  8. Click "Upload & Complete"
  9. Go to a MFD or Laser (LSR) printer to retrieve your printout (instructions below)

Seminary Faculty & Students

Use the designated seminary printers/copiers on Hekman Library’s 4th Floor and follow the steps below:

  1. In a web browser, go to www.calvinseminary.edu/webprint and enter your Populi username and password to log into the PaperCut printing system.

  2. Click on the “Web Print” link in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. On the Web Print screen, click the “Submit a Job” link.

  4. The available printers will be listed. Select the printer that you wish to print to and click the “Print Options and Account Selection” button. Please note that most printers have two options listed: (1) print your documents double sided (i.e. naboo/Library) or (2) print your documents single sided (i.e. naboo/Library - 1 Sided). Choose the printer that fits your situation.

  5. Enter the number of copies you want printed and click the “Upload Document” button.

  6. To upload your documents, simply drag files from your computer to the upload box or click on the “Upload from computer” button to open a file upload dialog box so you can search for and select the document(s) you wish to print. See the note below the upload box for accepted file types.

  7. Click the “Upload & Complete” button when you have upload all your files and you are ready to print.

Guests

  1. Go to the main checkout desk to retrieve a guest card
  2. Print on floors 4 and 5 with the card
